Renders are creatures of a human height that dig tunnels under the Midgardian plains and come up at twilight to hunt. The strange thing about these creatures is that they are so divers. No two renders look the same. Some have extra arms or legs, some have horns, the colors range from black to dark yellow to dark green to muddy blue and everything in between. Some have sharp shaped limbs and sharp claws to match them, other have more well rounded muscles and bashing arms. Fingers range from 6 to the occasional 16. Genders mix and mingle as well, some are normal males or females but some are both and others might be non at all. Some are born from eggs, while others from wombs, even others from eggs in wombs, and other renders carry their "unborn" young around in pouches like little ugly kangaroo baby's. Most of the baby's are twisted and harmfully mutated, missing their eyes, hearts or other important body parts, they don't live for very long, often eaten by their healthier siblings, sometimes even in the womb. Baby Renders have the extraordinary ability to see which of its siblings is healthy enough to live the harsh Render lifestyle, and eat the rest, on rare occasions they even recognize their own weakness and start eating themselves. Renders hunt in packs an most of them can see in the dark. Recent study show that the renders are relatively fast evolving in to a more intelligent version. Most Renders walk only on their hind legs, there are some reports of renders using tools to lift things, using sticks and stones as weapons and even uttering some words. A team of lorekeepers keeps constant tabs on the Renders. Some theologian discuss whether or not Renders should have a god. They seem to be on the verge of evolving from animal to humanoid.
